ABCs
ABCs of me:
A-Age: 23.
B-Bed size: I have a double bed right now. But it's just enough for me!
C-Chore you hate: Anything to do with cleaning!
D-Dogs: None of my own, but both of my roommates have dogs, so I live with two.

Chief.

O'dell.
E-Essential start to your day: Usually coffee, and something yummy for breakfast. Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of them all. And a shower...I don't function properly till I've showered.
F-Favorite Color: Hmmm...I don't have just one favorite. Right now I'm loving everything summer. Hot pink, chartreuse, teal, coral -- the brighter the better!

G-Gold or Silver: Usually silver, but gold is growing on me.
H-Height: 5'2.
I-Instruments you play: Nothing...I'm musically challenged. But I wish I did play SOMETHING!
J-Job title: Full-time student, part-time Lowe's cashier!
K-Kids: None!!
L-Live: Athens, Georgia...there's no place else quite like it!

M-My mom's name: Sandy.
N-Nickname: Porkchop (when i was little), Court Dawg (thanks, Sam!), and several more!
O-Overnight hospital stay: Never for me, thank goodness!
P-Pet Peeve: There's plenty I have...people that drive slow in the left lane, people who don't realize they're not the only person on the planet, and lying.
Q-Quote from a movie: Doug: "It's funny, 'cause just the other day, me and my boy, we was wonderin' why they even call 'em roofies. Y'know what I'm talkin' 'bout?"
Stu: "No. Don't know what you're talkin' 'bout."
Doug: Why not floories, right? 'Cause when you take 'em, you're more likely to end up on the floor than the roof. What about groundies? That's a good new name fo' 'em.
Alan: Or how 'bout rapies?

...bet you can't guess what movie that's from! HAHA
R-Right/Lefty: Righty!
S-Sibling: My little brother Tyler!
T-Time you wake up: Depends on the day...sometimes I have to be at work as early as 5am, so I get up aruond 4:15, or class usually starts at 9:30 so I get up around 7:30.
U-Underwear: Victoria's Secret Pink, always!
V-Veggies you dislike: All of them...yes, I'm serious.
W-What makes you run late: Everything. I procrastinate and get distracted way too easily, so I usually scramble around at the last minute, run out the door, and forget something. :/
X-Xrays you've had: Quite a few...fingers and toes, neck to hip ones by the chiropractor, and my nose when I broke it.
Y-Yummy food you make: I can actually cook pretty decently, even though I hate cooking for just myself. But I love grilling or cooking chicken.
Z-Zoo animal: Penguins.

MIA.
I have been MIA for quite some time now...over two weeks! I've missed this little baby of mine!

My last blog post was right before I left for spring break in CANCUN! :) So, let's start there! What a FUN trip!! Cancun was absolutely beautiful...the water was the most amazing blue I've ever seen. Here's a few of the [appropriate] pictures from the week:
The view from my beach chair :)
Evidence of a long week of craziness!
Sam. :)
Craziness at Senor Frogs!
Room service on the beach...ohhhh yessss.
While I was gone, I obviously neglected the 30 day challenge...I'm bummed. So, starting ASAP, I'm going to pick up where I left off. And by ASAP, I mean as soon as I have a chance to breathe. With only seven weeks left before graduation, life is crazy. My PR Campaigns class is picking up steam, I have a Spanish test on Thursday that I haven't cracked a book for, and a Comm Law test Friday...which I also haven't started studying for. I got sick the last little bit of spring break, then got back to Georgia where the pollen came out in FULL FORCE the day we got back. Thank goodness for rain these past few days -- even though it's cold and gross out, it's given me time to start feeling better.
Last little thing...my little baby brother [and by baby I mean 6', 16-year-old brother] had surgery at Scottish Rite today that lasted about six long hours. He's doing ok, just sleeping mostly, but he still needs prayers. It's going to be a long 6 month recovery for him!

Sick nasty.
Today is day 11 of the 30 day blog challenge -- the thing you hate the most.

I've always been taught not to hate, that no matter how much you don't like someone or something, you should never have hate in your heart. So, I really don't hate anything.
But what do I despise?
Bugs.
Particularly roaches and nasty things that fly. Like moths. Or these flying roach-type things we have here in the lovely GA. I'm not exactly sure what they are -- a lot of people call them water bugs -- but they can fly several feet at a time and they look just like a BIG NASTY ROACH and OMG I am TERRIFIED. [Notice the use of all caps there -- that's how nasty they are and how scared I am...seriously!]
They're so nasty I'm not even going to post a picture. You don't want to see them, and neither do I!
On a much happier note though, because I'm really getting the creepy crawlies all over my skin just thinking about roaches:
35 HOURS TILL I LEAVE FOR SPRING BREAK IN MEXICO!!

This will be my view for the next week!! :)
And, a sad and disappointing note to end this post on...my Dawgs lost today in the SEC tournament in an absolutely heartbreaking loss to Alabama in overtime. We could [should] have won during regulation on a last second three-point shot that went in, but unfortunatley the shot was about a half second after Coach Fox called a timeout. Huge bummer. So, we're still crossing our fingers to be a bubble team and earn a bid to the big dance! GO DAWGS!

Stupid Crazy.
Day 10 of the blog challenge - the person/people you do the most f*ed up things with.

Just a few highlights of the people I have no shame with:
Britt...she's a crazy blast every time, all the time.
Brittany Day, me and Linds having entirely too much fun.
Me and Linds, Spring Break 2010 - halfway through a long and crazy day.
These are just a few of the crazy/fun moments we've had lately. When I want to have a good time, these are the girls I call on!

Laughs and dreams.
Here I am, playing catch up again!
First of all, a few pictures from last night...FAT TUESDAY!! :)
Somehow I only took two pictures on my camera last night, but it goes without saying that we had a blast. There's more pictures out there somewhere but I'm slightly scared to see them!
Now, on to the catching up part -- the 30 Day Blog Challenge.
I missed Day 8 yesterday -- A picture that makes you laugh. There is noooo way I could choose just one. So, let's see...
It was raining. We stole some boys' hats. And we attempted to take a 'cute' picture for about 20 minutes. This was the best we could do!
We convinced Britt she HAD to come downtown with us, even though she didn't want to because she broke her cell phone and had no way to find us if she got lost. So, we did the most logical thing...wrote my number on her arm with a note saying "If found, call me."
My 22nd birthday...enough said.
Day 9: A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.
My Mom.
She's amazing. That's pretty much all there is to it.
Side note: I thought I'd leave you with one more picture of where I'm going to be in about 80 hours. Ohhh yessss.

Treasures.
Today was Day 7 of the blog challenge, and I swear this thing keeps getting harder and harder.
Today's topic: A picture of your most treasured item.
My most treasured item? I have no clue.
It's like that question...'If your house was burning down and you could only grab one thing to save, what would it be?' Well, I honestly don't know.
I really think most of the things that I have I could do without. No, I might not be able to buy my favorite pair of jeans I bought last summer ever again, but I'll live. But most of the things I have are replaceable.
One of the only things I can really think of that I have here with me away at school would be pictures. I have the majority of them saved on a removable hard drive, and the rest on my laptop. So, as of right now I think that would be my most treasured item[s]. I have literally thousands of pictures and memories between the two places, and those would be something I would never be able to replace.
